NO SILLY STRINGS, NO WELL WATER, NO MARKERS, NO PENS, NO CANDIES OR FOOD are allowed on any inflatable. you will be charged a cleaning fee of $100.00. Our staff will contact you immediately if there is a problem with the condition is which our equipment is returned to us.
Your delivery has been scheduled for a specific period of time, and if you fail to comply with this schedule, the driver will continue with his assigned route and he will come back later, but you will need to pay $35 fee for a second delivery, and a timely delivery this time will NOT be guaranteed.

The day of the delivery we DO NOT accept either credit card or check as a method of payment. When the drivers make the delivery you need to pay them cash, only cash that day. All credit card payment needs to be made 48 hour prior to the delivery day.
Chair and table setup is not included unless it is specified on the invoice.
If there is any cancellation on your order prior to the day of the delivery, 20% or $50 (whichever is greater) will be charged to the credit card on “hold”. This charge remains as a credit with the company with no expiration date. If you have paid the full amount beforehand your cancellation deposit will be deducted and be kept as a credit if you cancel before the day of the delivery. If you cancel the day of your delivery you forfeit your cancellation deposit.
By the nature of the activities, bounce house carry a risk of physical injury. You must follow inflatable usage instructions located in front of the inflatable and always be adult supervised.
