What happens if the reservation is cancelled?

If there is any cancellation on your order prior to the day of the delivery, 20% or $50 (whichever is greater) will be charged to the credit card on “hold”. This charge remains as a credit with the company with no expiration date. If you have paid the full amount beforehand your cancellation deposit will be deducted and be kept as a credit if you cancel before the day of the delivery. If you cancel the day of your delivery you forfeit your cancellation deposit.
